FUNDRAISING YES – the HOT HOUSE PARTY can help you or your group with Fundraising! We often get calls from community groups asking us to help them with fundraising. In response to those calls, here is a list of ways we can help you.
STEP 1: Organise yourself- get a group together to help. It’s always easier if you have friends helping you. STEP 2: Write down your goals. STEP 3: Read this whole page – TWICE STEP 4: Contact us by email – remember we need –the reason the group – contact names & phone number . If you are under 18, you will need your parents’ permission. WAYS TO FUNDRAISE 1/SELL TICKETS The easiest and simplest way to fundraise. Just contact us, we send you tickets, you sell the tickets – we give you $2 per head for every ticket you sell. Minimum number 20 tickets. Tickets are made available on a sale or return basis (if you don’t sell them, you can return them for no cost) BUT you are responsible for LOST or STOLEN tickets. Eg: If you sell 25 tickets – you make $50 – not bad eh? 2/SCHOOLS. Schools can do the same thing. If you want to raise money for any school activity or reason, this is the best and most fun way to do it. Contact us now, we send you the tickets. Minimum number 25, you keep $2 per ticket. We’ll help you to advertise with Posters/Fliers etc. 3/YOUR OWN EVENT. If you can get a group together of 250 people or more, you can have your own event – imagine YOUR OWN HOT HOUSE PARTY! This really puts the “fun” into fundraising. Please note, you shouldn’t do this unless you have had prior experience organising and/or fundraising: -There are substantial costs involved. -Price by negotiation. -Available for midweek dates only. -Cannot be advertised to the public. -A great way to do large fundraising in one night. -Minimum 2 months notice required. -You sell tickets, any moneys over the cost of HHP- you keep! IDEA- Sporting groups often have end of year socials. This is a great way to finish your year with a bang and have an awesome time. CONTACT US NOW – john_jle@tpg.com.au |
